Jess manages the day-to-day operations at the Congleton Information Centre in the Town Hall. This includes managing, motivating and training the team of Information Advisors, managing reception services for the Town Council, running the Information Centre shop and contributing to marketing campaigns aimed at increasing usage of the Town Hall and promoting Congleton and wider Cheshire attractions. This is a full-time role.

Celeste occupies a dual role providing the reception for the Town Council dealing sensitively with enquiries as well as serving customers in the Information Centre. Additionally, Celeste oversees the Town Hall bookings and assists with office duties and support across the Town Council services.

Natasha is responsible for providing a responsive visitor information service to customers whilst dealing sensitively with all Town Council reception enquiries. Natasha works on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday.
