Congleton Town Council is looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Information Advisors at Congleton Information Centre, within the Town Hall.

Salary SCP4: £24,404 (FTE - £12.65 per hour)

Closing date: Friday 11 July 2025

As a key point of contact for residents and visitors, you’ll work alongside a permanent team member to:

• Provide advice and information on Congleton, the Town Hall, and the Town Council
• Assist with the sale of products, merchandise and event tickets
• Deliver excellent customer service across a wide range of topics

Working hours will be flexible to help cover staff absences and peak times.
