Rotary Swimathon

Rotary invites the community to dive into the Swimathon at Congleton Leisure Centre on Wednesday 18 March and Saturday 21 March. The event continues to be a major fundraiser, with last year’s 444 swimmers raising £21,000 for local causes. Since 1992, the event has contributed £420,942 to charities! Teams are urged to register early, as prime slots fill fast. With teams from local schools and swimmers as young as five, the only requirement is completing one length unaided. Funds will again support team-chosen charities and two Rotary-selected local charities - Beartown Rickshaw and Friends for Leisure.  All information about the event, including registration and sponsorship is available online: www.congletonrotary.co.uk
